After his internship and having worked in a major Swiss law firm, Patrick joined the tax and legal department of Deloitte SA in 1999. Patrick founded and headed the legal department of Deloitte SA until April 2013. He is one of the founding partners of CG Partners since May 1st, 2013.
He will be your consultant in the following areas :
–       Corporate law, mergers and aquisitions (M&A)
–       Reorganisation, restructuring and liquidation of corporate groups
–       Contract Law and Commercial Law (supply chain)
