Fabienne FUCHSER holds a Bachelor of Law (2016) from the University of Lausanne, a Master of Law (2018) and a Certificate of Advanced studies in Legal Professions (2018) from the University of Geneva. As part of her Master’s degree, she also had the opportunity to study for a semester at the Humboldt University of Berlin.

After completing her legal internship with a law firm specialized in family law and with the Federal Criminal Court, Fabienne FUCHSER was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2021.

She then worked for two years at the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland, first as a law clerk, then as an assistant federal prosecutor, before enrolling at the Chicago-Kent College of Law in order to complete an LL.M in Trial Advocacy, which she obtained in 2024.

Fabienne FUCHSER joined CG Partners in January 2025 as an associate.

She is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association.
